Colin Lenoble is a PhD student at CIRED (the International Research Center on Environment and Development) and ADEME. His research focuses on assessing climate inequalities and evaluating policy options for climate adaptation, with a particular emphasis on compound events—situations where multiple extreme weather events occur simultaneously or sequentially, intensifying impacts. Previously, he spent a year at the World Bank, contributing to national reports on aligning climate goals with development targets for Armenia, Georgia, and Moldova.
